Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an experience, we store the photo and video you upload, an optional title/message, and — once you pay — the email address used for that payment (sent to us by our payment processor, Polar, so we can email you your link). We don't ask for an account, a password, or any other personal information.

Where it's stored

Photos and videos live in private storage buckets (Supabase Storage) and are only ever served through short-lived signed URLs generated by our server — they are never public files. The experience record (link, title, payment status) lives in a Postgres database, also hosted by Supabase.

Payments

Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles your card details, receipts, and applicable taxes directly — Revela never sees or stores your full card number.

How long we keep it

Your Reveal Link is designed to work forever once paid — so we keep the associated photo, video, and record indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete it (see below).

Who can access your experience

There is no login and no account system. Anyone who has your Reveal Link (`revela.pics/v/[slug]`) can view the experience — the link itself is the only key. Treat it like you would any private, unlisted link: share it only with people you want to see it.

Third parties we use

• Supabase — file storage and database.
• Polar — payment processing, receipts, and tax handling.
• Resend — sends the transactional email that delivers your Reveal Link after payment.
• Vercel — hosts the website.

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Deleting your data

Since there's no account to manage this yourself, email us and we'll remove your photo, video, and record.
